Question about Interview Letter.

Hello.

I know the citizenship different than the Green Card, well i read somewhere that u will not be recieveing ur Interview letter for ur N-400 until ur name get Cleard from the name check, So is that mean if u receive ur Interview letter for N-400 that means ur name already cleard?

No, you may still get a interview, even if you pass the interview and the name check is not cleared by that time it will not be approved.

They aren't supposed to schedule interview until background check has cleared. However, in some instances the interview does get scheduled even though the background check hasn't cleared yet.
