question about I-485

I got married after I-140 approved. Now, We are ready to fill I-485. Does my wife just need to fill her I-485 with mine. Is there any special form we also need to fill? Again, really appreciate all the help.

Yes, it is better if your wife file along with your application. Pull i-485 forms from WWW.USCIS.com

copy of her all the passport pages
copy of her I-94 (front and back)
Affidavit of support notarized from your side
Copy of her birth certificate
Medicals
2 photographs.
if she file for EAD then form I-765, Fee, 2 photographs
if she file for AP then form I-131 Fee, 2 photographs (front Face)

fill up the I-134 then get it notarized and sign it before Notary. If filing through lawyer then lawyer office may have Notary orr you bank has Notary. attach the I-134 with your wife I-485
