Question about H1B Transfer and Visa Stamping

I have quick question about H1B Visa stamping and H1B transfer.

I worked for company A (H1 approved for 3 years). Based on that I-797 I got visa stamped for 3 year duration by US embassy in Canada. Valid till 2008.

After 1 year, I changed jobs and transferred my existing H1 to Company B.

I'm planning a trip abroad and am concerned about my visa stamping.

1. Do I need to get a new H1 visa stamping?
2. Can I use existing visa stamp but show new (transfered) I-797? I heard that it is possible and that it is not required to go for a new visa stamping.

Any help greatly appreciated !!!

Thanks.

---------- NO, you have valid visa stamp till 2008(after 2008 when stamp gets expired you will need Visa stamp to enter US)
2. Can I use existing visa stamp but show new (transfered) I-797? I heard that it is possible and that it is not required to go for a new visa stamping.
--------------at POE show the valid Visa stamp and H1 approval of B and you will get I-94 till B H1 approval notice
Any help greatly appreciated !!!

Thanks.
