Question about Fingerprint Appt.

Hello guys,

I have my fingerprint appt Monday at 8AM, do they usually give you a time assigned to you or is that the time that everyone has to be there then make a line to get fingerprinted? I was wondering because my location is about 2 1/2 hours away and I was planning on probably staying at a hotel the night before or maybe just driving really early..... =)

The time on FL letter is the assigned time for your FP appointment. It just happens to be that your appointment is earlier in the day. Someone else could have a 10:30am appointment..and so on.

Hi Mimi1212!

Remeber me from the Atlanta threads?

I had my finger printing today. Appt was for 10 am, I got there at 8:30 but they wouldn't let me in until 09:20. I think they have hourly appointments, so a short line for each hour!

Appointments

These "Atlanta CSI" (ASC :)) technicians need to cut customers some slack.

I had my FP taken in Alexandria, Virginia (the land of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson)...

After I got the FP letter, I walked in the next day by 8AM. They didn't ask me anything, just processed me like everybody else.. I was out of there in 15 minutes..

Can it be that Virginia is a more progressive state than Georgia? After all we voted for Obamal? :D :D :D

I also got my fp notice yesterday(09/21/09). My appointment date is Oct 17.
I will also try to get my FP done next week after reading your experience. I am also in alexandria, VA. One question when was your scheduled appointment date??
