Hi,
I Got my Green Card about 7 years ago at the sametime as my husband. He came in H1 and me on H4. My husband got his citizenship in 2009 as he was eligible for the 5 yr requirement and dates of stay in US. I spent more time overseas so now I'm eligible. So do I need to apply for naturalization on the basis of marrying a US Citizen or I can file like a standard process. Cannot afford to file the paperwork through a lawyer so doing it myself. Any guidance is appreciated.
