The odds of becoming an LPR through the DV program are far worse than most people comprehend.
However, whether you apply from France or Germany, your chances of winning are exactly the same since neither country seems to be anywhere close to hitting the 7% limit.
If you are from a country where more than 3,500 winning notifications were sent out, tough luck since not everybody will be able to get a visa.
So are you saying that if your country is nowhere close to hitting that 7% limit, your chances to win the lottery are very good?
And that thing about France having a higher living standard........here's the turth........France sucks okay........Germany is a lot better...
All people do in France is be jealous of the US......
