Question about AC21

Hi All,

I have a question in mind. If a person originally applied the GC from Employer A and after 180 days of 485 pending he change his job to Employer B and/or to Employer C.

But when the final Green Card approves, on which company name it would be (if any)? Will there be any name on the Green Card saying that he was granted the GC from Employer A or B or C? or am I asking a complete wrong question. Just curious!!

---- you can change employer A to B or C if I-140 is approved AND I-485 is pending more than I-180 days

But when the final Green Card approves, on which company name it would be

----- if you change from A to B or C you must Inform USCIS that you are using AC21 and you need to send new employer letter
if you send new employer letter of B then I-485 or GC will be approved for B if you submit AC21 letter of C then I-485 or GC will be based on C letter
(if any)? Will there be any name on the Green Card saying that he was granted the GC from Employer A or B or C?
-NO, but USCIS comuter will have record that your GC or I-485 was was approved for A, B or C.

*** remember if GC is approved for A then you need to work with A after Gc if approved for B or C then you need to work with B or C after GC approval for minimum 6 months to 1 year. IF A or B or C gives you letter after few months of GC that they dont have job for you then no problem.
** I know why you asked this question!!
or am I asking a complete wrong question. Just curious!!
