Hi everybody!
My company has just filed H1B for me under masters cap on April 1, 2008. But today I came to know that advanced quota of 20,000 has already been exhausted. As such I am quite concerned whether I will get the H1B or not.
What I would like to know from you is that, how will USCIS will proceed from here? Will it provide H1B to first 20,000 applicant and remaining will be put under normal quota of 65,000 which will be selected on the besis of lottery?
OR
This 20,000 will be selected from among all the application received from April 1 to april 7 using lottery and remaining will be selected from normal quota of 65,000 which will be selected on the besis of lottery?
