Query on 485.

I got a query on my 485.
They are asking for the proof of the h1b status from xx date till my 2nd 485 apllication.

I have applied earlier for 485 and it got denied,
I have applied for 2 time 485 after 3 months of the denial.(i was not on H1 visa when i applied for my 2nd 485)

Now what is best way to reaply for the query.
Has anybody was in same situation like me? What are the chnaces getting approved.

---------------If you were NOT on H1 status when filed second I-485 your I-485 will be denied, what was your status when filed second I-485???

what date the LC was filed for you? was it before April 2001??

I have not applied for my labor before April'2001.
I did applied on August'2001, the lawyer messed it up and it got denied on oct'2003.
I have applied labor thru perm on Sep'2005 again.

When i applied for 2nd time 485, i was not on any non-immigrant status(H/L/F VISA).

Have you come across similar cases got approved like me?
What is the solution.

Why was the I-485 denied in the first place? This is a very important question. And why didn't you file an appeal?
 
were you out of status when you applied for second 485??.........can you tell us what status you were on??.....and the reason for denial??

I spoke to one famous lawyer, he told he has done some cases like me earlier and they got thier GC'S aslo.

Can i believe this?
Or Is he just looking for consulting fees and other fees, he is charging more than 1k.

I really appreciate your suggestion.
