Hello everyone, what are federal and state means tested benefits? Is Planned Parenthood a federal or state funded organization? I have used their services and I'm stuck on the question " did I ever receive any assistance in the US".
Any info is greatly appreciated.

This would be Public Assistance programs like Food Stamps, Medicaid, etc. Social service programs where you have to prove that you are eligible to receive benefits from the government.

Plan First (birth control) is part of Medicaid. Which is a government funded assistance.

Plan First != Planned Parenthood. PP is a private entity.
