Is there need for any proof of residence and if there is one, then what kind?

Also how much will complicate the processing if i move from state to state after we will submit our application? Let's say from NY to CO.

No prof required just write any adress you like. The process will not be complicated because you change or stay in the same address, the only point is that; there is a remote possibility that the USCIS may send you anything to your adress and get lost. Remember to change your adress in the specific form and change it also for every pending case you have with the USCIS and for every dependent and be sure that an LUD will be triggered for your pending application few weeks or days after you change the adress as many times as your pending application are.
