Proof of Education

I have my interview coming up and I was wondering what they consider as proof of education.

I was planning to take my actual bachelors diploma with me, and I also have a letter from my graduate school saying that I am currently a PhD student. Do they keep these documents with the application? (I definitely wouldn't want to surrender my actual diploma to them).
If so, should I have a certified copy or something?

If it is in English, you can just bring the original, and they will make a copy for themselves. Also, you need to bring your high school diploma, if you have it.

It's not in english, but I am doing CP, and the embassy accepts documents in either language.
Do I really need the high school diploma? I'm sure I have it somewhere, but after all these years I don't know how easy it would be to find it. Doesn't the bachelors degree beat the high school diploma?

After all the hard work to get to the point where u are in this process, carrying along a high school diploma shouldnt be a problem at all if you have it. Better to take it along just in case you are asked for it, than leave it behind and something on it might answer some other questions. Who knows how these interviews go. Everyone has a different story. I'd say carry it along.

And yes, the bachelors degree is higher qualified than the high school diploma, so would count (in my opinion only !!) if you didnt have the diploma with you. In my own interview i presented both my degree and high school diploma and they pushed back my degree and only wanted to see my diploma.

That was my own personal experience

You should to take the high school diploma with copy in english translated.
Sometime they could request certificate of high school finished signed for authority ministery of education
