I agree with pianoplayer's observations for people to be impatient with. The question is, how to react to them? I another forum I post, if you haven't done your research very well before you post (like you repeat something that someone has already said before you, perhaps in a different thread three years earlier) you're being ripped to shreds by everyone. It's not only accepted but expected there "to teach the OP not to do that" so we don't have to read through many similar threads there. But what's the standard way to deal with this here?

You are so right. I think you can say that question have already been asked and answered here is the link (that's the polite way). If you are annoyed the question was asked again then just don't answer the question and move on, no need to be rude, because at some point someone will come alone and answer it anyways. How many times have someone asked a question and we answer about 5 to 10 times in a row? All the time. All this fighting because I told P he was rude, he resonded to me by saying he answered the question and that was that. But No someone came and took it to another level. BTW My EAD was approved on Saturday.

But if you provide the link, you are providing the answer and the people keep asking the same questions before "searching".

BTW, Congrats on your EAD trini. ;) Have you thought of what you want to do yet?

Thanks, I'm thinking the EAD is just an illusion. I'll get it in about 2 weeks or so, then SS# in about 4 weeks then my Interview, then they take back the EAD. LOL. USCIS, I think they are the ones driving me insane. I just need the SS# so I can apply for Employer Identification number, so I can start getting my license for my business. I don't know what's going to happen at the interview, I've been out of status for so long, make it the biggest issue, you never know with those people.

You should turn your hobbie ino money, start your own Immigration consulting business. You seem to know what your talking about at times, study somemore then go for it.

Maybe we should put a that in our disclaimer. (Search before asking). Nah I don't think that would work, they'll still ask the same question.

I have thought about going to Law School in a few years. I will let you know ;)

But, what about you? what business do you want to start?
