so in this case who will go for CP concernigng the country allocated in that continant. i think no need to show the highscool certificate.

they still do have to show it. In case the original is not available, a notarized copy will do. However, a lot of people are able to "check out" their high school diplomas for a couple of days. Some go as far as dropping out of college for a week, get the diploma, go through the interview, and if needed - get reinstated.
