I think, as soon as the case has entered any stage of approval, including approved, card ordered, completed, etc., and even card was returned as undelivered, it is reasonable not to scan it at all. Thanks.
 
possible refingerprints

I executed the same program for only the latest records per case number as input.
More than 1,000 fingerprints seem to expire in a couple of weeks.
This might be one of the reason that the CSC recently announced not to expedite these cases.

I would say "recently decided to put them all into the Storage Room". Why bother with finger prints at all? Why do we see all that 02-070, 02-080 activity and now this guy with ND in April 2002... ???

WAC-02-084 had been already scanned,
and 123 I485 cases had been found.

Almost all WAC-02-084 cases were filed on 1/11/2002.
I scan Octover and November 2001 cases everyday and December 2001 cases sometimes,
but I can not scan January 2002 cases everyday due to my scanning capability.
However, it will be scanned at least once possibly twice per weekly by me.

If you want to update WAC-02-084 status everyday, I encourage you to do that.
I can give you the list of I485 case numbers.
