Just one "minor" issue: your aggregate of the number of cases preceeding a given WAC number includes the intermediate totals on line 56 and 346. The result after removing that double counting impacting WAC02's and WAC03's is still ugly, but at least mathematically correct .

Could you tell me what i should do to be able to read your .zip reports. I am always getting error message.

I am almost in dark, unable to read the reports.

I am not sure what kind of error message you got,
but I assume that you can not execute "java" command.

"kashmir2downloadreport20040118.zip" file itself doesn't include any reports.

You have to install "Java" software to your computer at first.
You can download it from htt[://java.sun.com/ and follow the instruction to install.
Once "Java" is installed, you can run "java" command at Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (Linux / Unix).

Then, type : "java -jar kashmir2downloadreport20040118.zip" and "ENTER" key.
Input your user name and password of ImmigrationPortal.Com.
You will get "wac-i485-20040118.zip" file that includes several reports.

I tried using the mentioned command to unzip the reports but got an exception error.

Exception in thread "main" java.net.SocketException: Network is down: connect.

I used my ImmigrationPortal userid and password.

Please let me know if I am doing anything incorrectly.

Any advise would be sincerely appreciated.

1) Use the latest version of J2RE (or J2SDK).
You can get it from http://java.sun/com/
2) If you are within a firewall, set proxy server information.
If proxy server's IP address is 12.34.56.78 and its port number is 8080, try the following:
java -Dhttp.proxyHost=12.34.56.78 -Dhttp.proxyPort=8080 -jar kashmir2downloadreport20040125.zip

The program does not throw the error ,but I guess the files it need to download my be missing from the server.
