Processing times in Charlotte, NC

Hi guys, I am set to apply for Citizenship. I wanted to know:

- how long it is taking currently in Charlotte office?
- I need to wait a little, till April for filing my 2010 taxes. Would applying for citizenship right now, hurt my processing times? or should I rather wait ... first file 2010 taxes and then submit my citizenship application.

-Don't know about Charlotte. Raleigh-Durham took four months for me.

- I assume you meant to say you will file for your 2011 taxes by April 15 (not 2010). Or are you filing for back taxes? If you are eligible to file for N-400 right now just do it. You do not need to wait until you have filed for your taxes and it does not have any effect on your processing time. IRS and USCIS are two separate federal agencies.

- Are you filing based on marriage to US citizen?
