Once I closed down my browser and went back to the BCIS site, the update was there.

I'm happier to see that my 140 category (multinational exec/mgr) has moved for the first time in 6 months!

All fraud................. I filed my 3rd EAD on Jan, 30, 2004................No approval yet

So it doesn't matter if they changed the date, my app is still not approved.

I got mine and my spouse EAD card approved few days back...

EAD wac is - wac -4 -117 (19 March 2004)

I think they will just give you the 485 approval before the EAD....thats why they are not bothered with ur EAD application...

Can u tell me is it yr first EAD/AP.??I am new here.How the 2002/2003 filers also got WAC-04 series.While renewing EAD/AP every year they will get the that year's number??With Newlly filed cases and Old renewing EAD/AP cases will get WAC-04 number in sequence??

Please clarify me!!!


Bcos i am after yr WAC-04-119.I am WAC-04-122.Which date yr AP/EAD approved??

So, I guess what this really means (other than the final annoyance for me personally because the JIT day is now 1 day before my date ;-) is that the CSC have committed to process enough Feb cases by the end of the next 30 days -- which is when those with receipt dates before 3/1 can send requests about where their adjudications are.

That's how I interpret the JIT date.

I wonder whether there's a correlation between the JIT date and those cases that were touched on 5/4/04 -- could, for example, that internal processing take the cases off the shelf and put them onto IIO's desks?

No this is my 3rd EAD.

Welcome and pls share your miseries and anguish....i am sure you will contribute....

2002/2003 files dont have wac04 number unless they filed after Oct 2003

any application you sent to BCIS you get a differnt wac number based on that year

just to answer your last question..

wac 04 111 mean (04 year 111 INS days) which starts from Oct 2003....

No dude...it doesnt work that way....life is not fair...

depends totaly on the IIO and your luck if they pick you file before the people who applied after u....thats why wac03 are getting approved before wac02...

From yr post it is crossed my date RD is 03/23/2004.ND is 03/26/2004.FOR EAD/AP
now they are processing 03/29/2004.What is happening??ACTUALLY processing depends on ND or RD??

And they collected your EAD application fee already. That means they can eat your money and no need to do anything about it? What a nice business to be in, like a bad slot machine that never pays.
