Processing time for I539 at VSC

Anyone applied for i 539 at VSC recently and received a response? Also how long does it take to get the receipt ? The current processing time shows as FEb 2011. Does this mean it takes 5 months currently?

Processing times cannot be specified exactly as it may vary depending upon the number of applications, filing office and many more factors. does it show feb 2011?
 
My parents applied for extension of visa on May 6th and haven't received the decision yet. I have called the immigration hotline and they told me that it might take another month. They said they are processing application from March which I believe is incorrect. The current processing date on the website shows March but that is as of May 31st. I have booked the cruise for my parents to Bahamas for Aug 11th I don;t have the approval yet. Anyone filed around May 6th got decision yet? Thanks
