I don't think the drop in November is due to Nov 26th incident for two reasons:
1- It's near end of the month so even if they stopped then it won't drop their processing by around 25%
2- It's Thanksgiving time so they were already done for the month
I do agree though that the little number of approvals are probably mandamus lawsuits + those the gov prioritize + maybe super old cases
But not looking good at all, for the average processing time to remain stable (which it is already high) they need to process cases equal to the ones they receive, but right now they are processing maybe 8% of the equivalent number of cases received. If nothing changes the average processing time will jump to potentially 4 years by the time this administration leaves
