You are not alone, I checked with two agents separately in Dec.27 and Dec.28. First one told me my case is still in NBC, and then second one told me my case is in Texas service center...Which made me have to talk to the third agent to make sure...then third one told me my case is in NBC....I am so confused, but anyway, there is no need to ask again thenI checked with congresswoman couple of months ago she said it was in the local field office. I chatted with a live agent yesterday she told its in the National Benefits Center from the start. Dont know who is telling the truth.
