Processing time for green card based on asylum

What travel documents do we need to use on approved asylum and pending i485.

RTD or Advance Parole?

If we use RTD to travel abroad won’t the pending i485 gets abandoned?

RTD.

Why or what makes you think that way? If you not going travel to your home country
As an asylee we should use RTD I agree, But my question is what about i485 wont it gets effected?

Usually needs advance parole right to travel while green card is pending?

No problem. EAD for yourself or your beneficiaries?
For yourself, since you have asylum status already you don't have to get an EAD but I'd say get it, it is free for the first time anyway.
If you're asking about EAD for your beneficiaries for whom you are filing I-730s, then they can only get EAD only AFTER I-730 approval.

Are you beneficiaries in the US or outside?
got it! thank you! EAD for the beneficiary. the beneficiary is in the US

The beneficiary will have to wait for I-730 approval first. Unfortunately, while I-730 is pending they will not be able to get EAD.
Once approved, they will have asylum status and be able to work immediately but I'd still get the EAD to make life easier until they get their green card.

Probably not a new question. Maybe somebody has updated information.

What should I answer on question about work without authorization? How does the new administration deal with this?

(Asylum granted status. Works without EAD about 4 months after applied for Asylum)

Filed i485 based on asylum before one year , Case status changed to Request for evidence was sent. What it gonna be am I in trouble?
