What you said is not a fact these are your opinions? Maybe your opinion turns out to be correct and maybe not. The thing is I did not ask for personal opinion my friend I asked for news on changes of regulations. Thank you anyways

You are so insufferable. Every time there’s something negative in this forum it’s you. First of all not all cases were interviewed during his administration. It depended on cases and we don’t know how it’s decided. So stop spreading misinformation. It’s possible the backlog increases or not we don’t know. There hasn’t been any rules implemented that we know of. You could have just said that and stayed on that.

Back in the Trump era, about 90% of folks who got green cards through asylum actually went through interviews. So, are you willing to bet $500 in front of everyone that you'll get interviewed? Things aren't as easy now with Biden in charge, and your asylum case will be looked at by a USCIS again during your green card interview

First of all I’m not a dude. And second of all who do you even think you are God? Whatever. Doubling down on what i said. If I get an interview then I do and I’ll go prepare. Stop acting like you are a medium or you are work at USCIS.

sounds good !! get prepared for your GC interview!

expect everyone will go through interview for the GC and high security background check so it will cause delay
I don't understand when you say 'go through interview for the GC'. Someone who got asylum already approved need to do an interview again for the GC or adjustment of status.

with the trump admin yeah, he was forcing the USCIS to interview most of the people who apply for GC no matter if you applied through approved asylum or EB2 or whatever! he isn't a big fan of GC interview waiver
