As you can see, this page is one of the pages we already had in our disscussions. However, if anybody have a copy of old report (I do), check the first date range NEW REPORT SAYS:

They did not changed second period and I hope it will be changed after October.

Does this means they are processing applications up to Nov 16 1999 for this FY???? This is a huge jump. Please comments ...

How wonderful! It looks like a more than 2 year leap.

They may have finally figured out how to count.

How you guys actually read this?

June 10, 1998-Nov. 16, 1999 Oct. 1, 2002-Sept. 30, 2003
Feb. 2, 1999-Sept. 14, 1999 Oct. 1, 2003-Sept. 30, 2004
Sept. 15, 1999-Mar. 13, 2000 Oct. 1, 2004-Sept. 30, 2005

Seems to me no sense at all. can someone explain please, how thats possible? Why Feb. 2, 1999-Sept. 14, 1999 , which fail into the first period (June 10, 1998-Nov. 16, 1999) will be proccessed one year after? I am blind or something??

Cheers.
:)

I'm not sure either. That's why I posted this post. It looks like they updated Nov 16 1999 Date (FROM Feb 1 1999), but they couldn't estimate other date ranges. I'm hoping that those dates will start changing after October 15 (new FY). If that's the case, then it is a good new for all of us.

They just haven't made new estimate for the future years yet.

Perhaps this leap comes from using the 22,000 unused ones from the past years.

I really hope that this is the case. My RD is Dec 28 1999. I will let you know if I get anything from them.

this is a joke,
my RD is 9/29/99 and haven't recieved any thing at all.
I called and they said they would contact me withing 30days. no news yet.

Maybe they just trying to fool with us because of the AILF lawsuit. But again ... who knows what they are doing. siddig please, keep us posted what is going on with your case. rik-tik-tak, December 3 is RD right, not ND. Is this a date from the INS receipt or online case status?

Hi all,
I have just called BCIS and they told me that they are processing the cases up to 2/1/99 ,and when I told them that BCIS itself has updated the cut off date to 11/16/99 they said no no it is 2/1/99, and that the date 11/16/99 means nothing. well this doesn't sound very promising but i am just hoping that it is due to the fact that whoever answered the phone is not well versed in this area. if there is anyone with RD past 2/1/99 that has heard something please let us know (i have 3/99 which is quite a bit before 11/16/99 but i haven't heard anything yet ....)

Doesn't mean anything?????? These guys are completely out of their mind. Not something we didn't know before, but they are just playing with us. I pray that those people that answered the phone are just low life, low paid employees that did not know the answer. Why didn't they want to take an extra step to find out what is going on? Who is posting or changing these dates for BCIS online???? Are they the same organization or what??

On the other hand, some people that had RD in August of 99 got their letter for FP. Now I'm totaly confused ...

the people who answer the phone are operators only and look at the same screen as if you are looking at the case status on line, I had the same experience with them and I had to guide him to the website and show him the new date(he was nice enough to follow my instructions), he then transfered me to a real officer who needless to say knew nothing either other than submitting a query to the nebraska center and prmised that they would get back to me within 30 days. two weeks have passed since then.

These idiots crack me up. Let me get this straight. They will process case submitted before or at november 99 this fiscal year. But then they will go back in time the following year and will not process new cases. in fact they will take the green card away from those who they already gave a green card. Confused already? Weclome to the BCIS : Bunch of Incompetent Idiot Sickos.

nofreedom, please keep us updated about your case in the event you will be asked to provide RFE (I hope you don't have to deal with it). my RD is dec 6th 99 closer to yours, I did my FP 08-15-03.

Thanks a lot
