Process to apply for TN extension

I just did this:
Hit http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis
Click on "Immigration Forms"
Scroll down to I-129 - Petition for a Non-Immigrant Worker"
Download and save the from
Scroll down the page further to I-907 - "Request for Premium Processing Service"
Download and save the form
Fill them BOTH out have authorized individual from sponsoring company sign forms.
Send in with TN offer letter and supporting docs.
Need $1,000 for PP (I907) and $320 for the I-129 (TN)

One more question. My company has filed the I140 (Not sure when that would be processed. Been nearly 10 months .. :( )... So how do I indicate that in the I129 application ?
 
There is a question, has anyone applied an immigrant petition for you. The answer is yes, and you explain that petitioner has filed an I-140 on your behalf.
