Hi
Can anybody please give me how to proceed after getting Federal level labor clearance. I heard that after federal some steps can be started simultaneously. After labour what are the steps for EAD . And how much time normally it take.

Thanks in Advance.

Once the federal level LC is approved and your lawyer or employer gets the LC approved copy from federal DOL, you can immediately file for I-140, I-485, EAD, and AP.
If your LC is approved start collecting the documents to file I-485, EAD and AP, you have to do the medicals, photographs for I-485, EAD, AP, make the copies of all the passport pages, copies of all the current and past H1 approval notices, copies of all the I-94 (front and back) your Birth certificate, if spouse is also filing then affidavit of support I-134 to be notarized, IF service center is NCS or VSC you have to submit the driving license and Passport first page color copies
I-140 is to be signed by your employer and he has to provide company financial documents your LC will be attached with I-140 and copy of your all the education degrees, copy of Education evaluation done in US, all the past Exp letters

EAD, AP can only be approved if I-485 filed and separate application for EAD, AP is to be filed

Go to BCIS site and read the instruction for I-485, I-765, I-131 and down load the forms
For EAD, AP you have fill up the form I-765 and I-131, and provide the BCIS fees and photographs
