Problem with Last Name

I am waiting for 485 approval after FP in NJ. My situation is that
my last name and middle name are different in NJ drivers licence. In all INS documents, my last name is correct and Drivers licence and Auto insurace forms they are different. Anybody who has such issue and appreciate if someone can give info about changing names in driver licence.

Passport is the important document. Dont worry about DL <EOM>
