Problem with Entrant Status Check (ESC) Website (oraops10.dll)

Hi,

I am getting the oraops10.dll missing error on my Win7 machines (ie9 both 32 and 64 bits), works ok on my old XP. Also the same error on Mac with Safari. Anyone tried recently?
 
I've wondered about the error message too ............... receiving this error message for the past 3 days:

"An unexpected error has occurred. Unable to load DLL 'OraOps10.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)"

Probably just some code changes and system testing going on. Perhaps getting ready for influx of people checking to see if they're in the 2nd batch of winners in October? :confused:
