I tried to efile EAD, but I got
"ERROR: The provided security indicator is not valid. "
When I tried to give my Credit card #

Did any of you guys had this problem

Thanks

It might be that the security 3-digit number from the back of your credit card is incorrect. When I did e-filing and payed with my credit card, I had a whole banch of numbers on the back of my credit card. I entered the first three digit number - it gave me the same error you are seing, then I entered the last three-digit number - it came through fine.

Now I am looking trough my cards - VISA and MC have only one three-digit number on the back, though Discover has two three-digit numbers...

I had the same problem when attempting to e-file. I tried three different valid cards. It's on their end.

I also tried a bank draft, but their system screwed that up too and dinged me a $30 fee for their screwup. I'm busy fighting that one now.

Idiots.

Same problem with me too...

I had the same problem. I think its on their side.

The thing is, if you get a problem once with a credit card, it will not work for any credit card after that.

So, when I changed it to my checking account, it went fine. Try that.

BTW, when I completed the E-file for the EAD renewal, it went to the MSC (Missouri Service Center). I was suprised. Is this how it works??

Problem solved

Called Customer service....they said DON'T PUT THE SECURITY CODE...Suprised to see it went through...
