Prirority dates Arrived

PD for sub case is Orig LC receipt date

Mine is a substitution case. (CSC)
My finger print notice has priority date as receipt date of i-485.
UnitedNations said PD should be original receipt date and also suggested me to ask my attorney to get it corrected. ( just to be safe)
Anyways, my attorney too said PD should my original LC receipt date and also told me the priority date on FP notice don't control.
However, my attorneys sent a request to USCIS for correcting this PD. Not sure if it helped or not.

Today I received I-140 approval notice that has PD as original LC receipt date.

Wanted to share with all our guys in this forum who are worried about the PD in case of LC substitution.
