Priority Dates for EB2 ?

I have seen many posts saying that EB3 PDs are not current etc. HOw are PDs for Eb2 ? Is there a risk of retrogression in this Category ? I am on Eb2 and 485 file date of October 2003 from NSC. HOw to find out about PDs for EB2 ?

--you dont have problem as you filed I-485
HOw to find out about PDs for EB2 ?
--- PD is the date your LC was recieved by SWA or SESA, check the date on your LC

Thanks Ginnu. My concern was more in terms of approval of 485. I mean does this retrogression mean that my 485 can be approved but may be withheld because of non-availability of visas ?
Also I mean to ask how to find these cut-off dates ?

on my i140 my priority date is july 26 2001
on my finger print notice the priority dt is october 23 2002
so how the stupid retrogression works

-yes ,if no Visas available at the time of I-485 approval, they will go by PD (the date LC was filed)
