Guys,

sometimes i feel that there is no point of dates that we are seeing on web sites. It gives us just satisfaction nothing else. There are many people whose receipt date is current but still waiting for approval..These are just my 2 cents..

If your I-140 is supported by an LC, then the Labor filing date. If you are EB-1 or EB-2/NIW, then the I-140 receipt date.

My 140 & 485 were concurrently filed after the Labor approval.

If PD is 2/03 for an LC app.; RD for 140 and 485 is 9/04. Then is the 485 processing date 2/03 or 9/04

In case I-485 is based on PD of LC then when can one initiate a inquiry with USCIS based on the RD displayed on the website??? Please help understand...
