Priority date question

Are you sure that you can do this? The PD comes from the original LC which I thought belonged to the original sponsor. If you can do this, then I suppose that is what you need to supply unless they can give you a PD based on an approved I-140?

Evidence of an approved, unrevoked I-140 petition from your previous employer.

yes if you go back to 2000 threads/postings, you can find this, especially in Murthy.com.
I dont know if it is based on LC or approved I140, I assume LC is enough, my attorney is not answering this question.
If someone has got knowledge on this and if they can answer it would be great.
