Folks,

I have an approved I-140 with my current employer, it was substituted for EB3 preapproved labor
(the priority date is Oct 2004).

While applying for I-485, can I use the if the priority date of my previous employer ( the E3 labor
filed date of Feb 2003), if so, what proof and documents will need to do so.

Please let me know.

This information will be of great help.

Thanks,
Abdul

The approval notice (or other proof of approval) of the I-140 that was filed on your behalf using that labor. Unless the old labor was turned into an approved I-140, it is of no value to you.

The I-140 has not applied, and old labor is still in process and I expect the labor to clear some time soon, will the labor approval reciept work?
