This guy came to US with his parents with a visitor visa while he was only 3yrs old. Parents filed for Asylum but later denied & deportation order placed through IJ.But they never left US. Now this guy is 24 & got married to a US citizen. That was my question now under his situation can he get his status adjusted in US?
