previous 140 status

my 140 with the previous employer got approved and they sent the approval notice.

I am not with that employer anymore and ready to do the new 140 with new employer.

The question is.

I got this email from Chris today.

Application Type: I140 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status: Notice Returned as Undeliverable.

On May 29, 2008, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent.

Should I call them and tell them that I am not with that employer anymore?
Should I just sit quite and do nothing?

I guess the company's address got changed as I am still on the same address.

The I-140 petition is theirs, so you have little to do with it. I wouldn't bother yourself about it. It is approved, so you should keep the approval notice in order to use priority date portability.

Remember to use your old priority date when filing the new I-140.

any other questions you might have should be addressed on an I-140 board at this point.
