I am about to submit my n-400 and I-90 with a legal brief,
here is my question in 1998 i was arrested for DV:
i plead not guilty to all charges:
assult 4 (gross missdeminor) plea of not guilty
reckless endangerement , plea of not guilty
agreed to a pretrial diversion (stipulated order of continuance)
sent to probation ( probation only is used as a monitoring agency) not the standard probation.
i did not admit to sufficient facts to admit guilt according to SOC.
did my DV classes
case doc
Case dissmissed with prejudice (to the state)

I have all thre documents, plus a legal brief stating what a SOC is, traffic tickets, i will give a full disclosure, with a legal brief stating i should not be guilty for immigration, also i am married to a us citizen and we have a US child. my incident happen in the 4th district but i now live in the 9th.

Do i have to worry? will i be deported?

You were never convicted, never pleaded guilty and never admitted sufficient facts to admit guilt so you are fine. Just bring all court documents to interview.
