premium processing

Hi,

I have OPT till Jan 2005. I wanted to apply for H1.Considering the H1 cap, should i go for regular processing or premium processing? I heard that there wont be premium processing for 2005.Is that true?

Rumor is wrong about premium processing. Why should they shutdown additional revenue for doing a sloppy job right?
