Hi guys,

######need help from all GURUS#############

My friend applied for H-1 (he was on L-1 so it is as good as new H-1). He wanted to get H-1 in this year Quota, so that he can start working after OCt 1st 2004.For this reason he applied for Premium processing and he got an all time big RFE. Questions asked in RFE:

1)Submit an itenary for the next 3 years where the beneficiary is going to work ,location where the beneficiary services will be provided.Submit copies of contractual agreements with clients.
INS has asked for copies on Stamenet of work/Work orders.

2)Also they have asked for Quarterly Wage Reports
Organization Chart
Business licences,
Taxes
Current Number of employees

Is this kind of RFE "Normal" nowadays?
Is everybody getting an RFE for Premium processing?

What are chances of approval for such a big RFE?

Thanks and i would appreciate some responses.

This should have been addressed in the employment letter submitted. I dont know what kind of an organization does he work for, and the nature of the business. If his employer services all over USA and even internationally, A simple letter from his employer statin the itenary for 3 years cannot be confirmed at this point as his place of employment will keep on changing. The second part is a bit tricky as we dont hear of it so often. This is to check that the employer has work in the field the H1B employee is hired for.

This is quiet normal and should not be difficult. Only thing you will have to butter your employeer to give them in a timley manner.

Hope this helps and Good Luck.

He applied on Sep'20th '2004

Vrajbhumi--He is going to work for Sofware consulting company.and the employer is very friendly , he will give any kin of letter. I was not aware that this itenary should have been included in the employment letter. If it is just a matter of one letter then i don't see too much of a problem.

I just wanted to know if anybody has replied to this kind of query..and how?

If your employer is a body shopper, he should submit the contract document from the end client. If the contract is just for one year, employer has to provide multiple contract document.
If it is a software development company, provide product details, sales information etc.

This is stright forward RFE, submit the organization chart for your employer (nowadays body shopper runs from home)
IRS tax returns of employers for atleast 2 years.
Your case they missed out employers office photos (both inside & outside)

Yes

Even for ordinary process, the story is same

What are chances of approval for such a big RFE?
If you provide all the documents carefully, 100% approval.
