PR card pickup on saturday

Greetings to all,
I got letter to pickup our PR cards any day after mid February. Since we work in USA can we go early morning on saturday and pick our cards at CIC in Toronto. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

----- Yes, my friend picked up the PR card on Saturday morning from 55 St Clair Avenue East Toronto. try to reach by 8-30 or 9AM
 
Do we have to apply for Travel Document to go and pick up the card from Canada ?

Does the CIC mail PR cards to USA address?

If you are traveling by your private vehicle (i.e. driving ur/rental car or motorcycle); you can still use your IMM 1000(Recording of landing) and don't need any permit to enter Canada. If you are flying/going by bus/train; you will need 1 time travel document to enter Canada.

They don't mail PR card to anyone who has to pick up. Only new immigrants get their PR cards mailed to Canadian address; as their PR card process is done at the port of entry.
