I did my PP stamping today in Seattle,WA.(Not Seattle downtown but the office on Tukwila International Blvd)
I had recieved my approval notice on 12-04. After several failed attempts to get info-pass appointment online, I finally
managed to get an appointment for Dec 20. My thanks to forum members who suggested that the way to get infopass appt
is to keep trying.
I had a 7:15 am appointment. I reached there around 7:05. Waited in line for about 5-6 min, then walked
over to the officer in triage, showed him the appointment and he gave me a token. I went inside the waiting room and sat for another 5-10 min. They called my token number and I walked up to the officer and presented all the papers. She asked for AP and EAD.
It wasn't mentioned anywhere on the notice that AP document and EAD are required. But luckily, I had carried them with me just in case. I must once again thank forum members who mentioned that it is better to carry the AP and EAD when going for stamping.
The officer took my finger print and signature and stamped my passport with the I-551 stamp, which is valid for 1 year.
I was out of the building by 7:35 am.
