If you working lonely with the USCIS , NVC..ETC

Or

Maybe you entrust " assign to attorney "

Did you think that the attorney can finish your case more quickly ???

Faster than when you are lonely !!!!

Attorney can give you a help hand I am sure of that

But how about processing time ???

Attorney finish your CASE & OTHER stuff within 5 years instead of 9 years ???

Is this true

Yes , NO

And is that work same with application for naturalization N -400

hope this post not bothering any attorney just simple question

I don’t have any background in immigration cases .

Kind regards

For the vast majority of cases, an attorney cannot speed up the process. The only thing they are guaranteed to do is send you a bill.

I completely agree with that. In some instances they cnt even help you that much during the interview proper. i mean ive heard of cases wherein immigration officers shout back to attorney's. BUt sometimes they make sure that only relevant questions are asked during the interview. goodluck!

Ahmad,

I would add this: A GOOD ATTORNEY can be of great help in your immigration process. However, there is no attorney who has an inside connection to speed up your immigration paperwork. Actually, if any attorney tells you that they have an inside connection in the immigration, flee.....

A GOOD ATTORNEY is able to navigate the complex processes of USCIS much better than you can personally manage. As Camster said, during interviews, they can be of great help in ensuring that the USCIS officer only ask questions which are relevant to your petition, NOT ones meant to humiliate you or discriminate against you.

Whilst it is good to have an attorney, if your case is NOT complicated, you can achieve the same results without one.... :p In hiring an attorney, HIRE A GOOD AND COMPETENT ONE....
