interim EAD at Portland ASC
fellow portlanders, i seriously need your advice on this. Please share your experience. My EAD renewal was filed with NSC on 3/29. My current EAD expires on 6/13. Spouse\'s EAD renewal was already approved on 5/3. I am still waiting. Question is can I get an interim EAD at portland ASC? If you haven\'t notice, it won\'t be >90 days until 6/29. But by then my EAD would have expired and I am using EAD to work...bad news. thanks

As you have applied for renewal before it got expired the burdon goes to INS, so you should not have any problem. Call your attorney and he may get reason for delay.
