Lesly24,

No I don't think so. I think that no 2nd fingerprinting is for lucky late-filers who filed more recently and had fingerprinting done after new technology of digital recording was installed. Since many of us here have fingerprints under the old system, our fingerprints expire in 15 months.

Of course, I hope I am wrong.

Guys (no offense to Gals), be optimistic. I was not ... till yesterday.
But I kept following LUD dates.
If LUD date moves, that means something is definitely happening.

I believe it is not related to new or old system. They just decided to check every 15 months, if there is no fresh criminal activity.
And, as long as INS or FBI do not store our fingerprints at all (probably, there is a sound legal reason for this) we need to re-submit it.

The linked list grows

There seemed to be some kind of "system sweep" on 6/22 and 6/23. Tons of people, myself included, had our cases 'tickled' on those dates. Maybe they moved the data to a new server system. or the CIS bot traveled around changing the dates in it's path...
