Post interview question?

so you suggest that doing an Infopass before 120 days ( 16 weeks ) of the Interview day , will not be of much use ?

Do you know if the DO waits on getting a certain number of ''Non Same Day Oath'' individuals to shcedule the Oath , or these are scheduled together with regular Oaths that happen for people with same day Oaths !

Wish I knew what logic USCIS uses but it seems that every DO has their own policies when it comes to oaths.

It difficult to say since if your application is stuck in a pile of other applications awaiting an available oath date, there is little an IO will be able to tell you but "it's still awaiting an oath date". I would think that you will receive an oath letter before the 120 days, but it doesn't hurt to make an infopass if more than 60 days have passed since your interview to keep you posted as to where it stands.
