POE after GC

I'm an EB GC holder for 2 years. I'll be going out of the US for the first time after GC. I have two questions. I would really appreciate if somebody could respond..

1. For the US POE, do I have to fill out any immigration form, the way I used to do when I was on H1B? Or will it be just the Customs form this time around? I will have my plastic GC and native passport.

2. First time POE after GC allows you to carry a lot of stuff from home duty-free. Do EB GC cases qualify for that or is it just for the FB cases?

Thanks a lot!

Ans. for your first Q: While returning to USA from other country for a GC holder, you will have to fill the same form as a US-citizen would fill (this form is circulated in the air-plane before you land at the POE airport). This is very short and straight forward form.

A1: Just the US Customs form
A2: You might be confusing yourself with Canadian landed immigrants custom exemptions. Since you have been living in the states for a while, you may be subject to the same import levies that any other US resident would be. Check with US customs directly to be 100% sure.

Hi
Just customs form only and go to the line as USC do.(that was couple years ago, it may be different nowadays. e.g. photo and Fps will be taken)
