thats the problem. no e-app. but just out of curisity...is there my DOB in the letter that may come? then i can pay or not?

" 1. You don"t change your place of interview, keep running your case and they disqualify you at the interview if you gave the wrong DOB. (keep in mind, you have to pay all fees before the interview).
