Question No 1
Traffic Ticket,
I have had the following incidents in the past 5 years:
About 4 years ago : I was driving with my International Driving License and being here for over 4 or 5 months, and I thought according to the international driving low, I can do so up to 6 months, but the police officer give me a ticket and said in MN you are allowed to use Int’l DL for only 60 days, I went to the complaining office (maybe called court) and they made me pay only half of the fine ( from $150 to $75)
Also about 4 years ago: I had a stupid accident involvement, where I stopped in a small street for few kids with bike to cross, which they did and the last one of these group of kids fall from the bike to my front car and then to the follow (the bike too big for the kid) and start crying… and few ppl with the kids start to gather… very stupid situation, I didn’t move my car at all, and it happened to have a police men saw the whole thing but he wasn’t in duty neither in a uniform, he told me don’t worry, then police car came in and made a report, and a ambulance took the girl, nothing was filed ageist me, and no body called me , and nothing happened to the girl, but I went at the time to the traffic records or something like that and took a copy of what the police man report, and at the end of that report he stated “I was unable to determine who was at fault at this time. NO ‘a word I can’t read like : cifertiuns/c.tertruns ‘ issued”
Now should I mention the above in my N-400 form, and where it ask about traffic tickets in the form..
And should I attach copy of the ticket of the first case and the report I got for the 2nd case
Question No 2
One more questions, I am submitting the N-400 based on 90 days before my 5 years continues residency in US, is it enough to mention my address for 4 years and 9 months in US only or I have to go back more just to cover the 90 days.. and that’s an overseas address.
Question No 3
Some one I think Highlander was talking about that we can submit Fedex airway bills along with the N-400 form to be used by USIS on all the corresponding …how that will be done if you can cover that in detail.. I never tried or heard of that…
Question No 4
Do the USIS go and contact your previous jobs place to ask about you in any way … like why was this person was faired ( about 4 and half years a go I lost one of my jobs because some employees reported that I argued about some politic issue…I never did.. they didn't even form any investigation .and just got terminated like that)
Thanks in advance for everybody's help
