Pls help, how to extend for 7th year...

Hi Friends,
I have a unique problem.

My Labor was approved on 23rd Feb. 2006
My I-140 was filed on 13th July, 2006
I got RFE in I-140, I am working on it [I have to answer it till May 15, 2007]

It looks like that one possibility is of getting denied of my I-140.

My 6 years of visa expires on Aug. 2007 [after 4-5 months]

if my I-140 is denied, then::::::::

I want to stay little longer [around 6 months or 1 year] legally in USA.
WHAT ARE MY CHANCES, how can I stay.

[I dont want to go to home country for now] Is there any suggestion.....

If I 140 is denied you do not have ny chance to get your 7th year extn. Try F1.

Evenif I change employer & get LABOR done through perm OR
get PRE APPROVED LABOR and file for I-140
then what are my chances to extend for 7th year ?

only pre-approved ( 365 days old) I 140 may work for you.

My 6yr H1b expires on Aug. 2007.
My labor is approved on Feb, 2006.
My I-140 is applied on July, 2007.
I got RFE on I-140. I am worried that my I-140 will be denied.

I want to apply for H1B 7th year. extension with premium process
BEFORE
I reply to RFE.


CAN I LEGALLY FILE FOR 7TH YEAR ???
WHAT ARE MY CHANGES TO GET APPROVED MY 7TH YEAR H1B???
(I have all requred docs. including paystubs)

You can do that to get 1 year extension on ur H1, based on the approved labor.

Yes

Same as anybody else who applies for H1.

I have one more question:

My 6year H1B visa expires on August, 2007.
I am going to apply for 7th year H1B extension by next week under premium process.

Lets say I got approval for 7th year H1B extension.
THEN, I will get 7th year H1B VISA till AUGUST, 2008. (acset one year from my 6year expiration)

AM I RIGHT ?

Also, Can anyone give me SCRIPT FOR "LETTER FROM EMPLOYER" tobe filed with 7th year H1B extension.
