Some one please help me. Here is my situation:

I came to US in APRIL'2000 on a L1-B VISA thru an Indian company "A" and stayed till November' 2003.

Got H1-B approved petetion (valid till April'2006) thru an american company "B" in December'2003 when I was in India.

Company "A" sent me back to US on a L1-A in September'2004. Now I'm in US.

Still, company "B" is willing to hire me. Please let me know Whether I can work for company "B" using the H1-B petetion (part of 2004 quota and valid till APRIL'2006).
What should I do now to start working for company "B" ?

Can I get the H1-B stamped in Canada and start working for company "B" ?

OR

Should I go back to India to get the H1 stamped on my Passport?

OR

Is there any other way that I can inform INS and start working for company "B"?

Please help me..

Thanks for your advise.
Still, I've few questions..

My L1-A and I-94 are valid till May'2005. If H1 VISA got rejected, is it going to cancel my L1 also?

What are the chances of getting rejected??

Anyone, Please share your experience at American consulate in Canada ??

Thanks
